IMDG Code Ship board Training

Course is based on STCW requirement and prepared as per IMO Model course 1.10. modified to meet the current shipping trends and latest mega carriers taking inputs from interaction with seafarers about issues encountered with DG containers on board vessels and case studies.

Familiarization and basic training in ship board operations

Training includes

In-depth in Stowage, Segregation between containers, Special Stowage Requirements, Documents/ Manifest, Jettison Cargo, Explosive and Radioactive materials, Helium-tanks, Calcium hypochlorite, Ammonium Nitrate, Charcoal, Charter party restrictions, case studies on PSC reports and past accidents at sea.
