This is a question asked by a visitor to this site.

The answer is yes!  Every dangerous goods package must be marked and labelled on one side and Intermediate Bulk Containers of size greater than 450 liters must be Marked and Labelled on two opposing sides.

There are exemptions for certain dangerous goods from Marking or Labelling which is stipulated through special provisions assigned to them , example Cotton bales.
